Before leaving the yard, our team lead reviews:
- The jobsite address and layout
- Permit status and utility mark-out clearance
- Any custom requests, gate directions, or special instructions
By the time we pull up to your house, we’re ready to start.
Midday: Digging, Setting Posts, and Precision
Once on site, we walk the fence line with you to confirm layout, fence height, and gate swing.
Then, we get to work:
- Remove old fencing (if needed)
Dig uniform post holes with augers
- Set posts in 80-lb bags of concrete
- Check level, spacing, and slope
- Prep gate openings for reinforcement
Everything is measured, aligned, and locked in for strength and consistency.
Afternoon: Panel Installation and Clean Finish
We begin attaching panels or rolling out chain link depending on the fence type.
Here’s what we focus on:
- Installing panels or rails with clean, straight lines
- Hanging gates to swing freely and latch smoothly
- Ensuring all post tops are level and consistent
- Adjusting for slope or elevation changes
This is where the structure comes together and your new fence takes shape.
End of Day: Cleanup and Final Walkthrough
Before we leave, we make sure the site is spotless and the job is done right.
Our finish checklist includes:
- Removing all debris and packaging
- Raking and leveling soil around posts
- Testing every gate and latch
